1. Who We Are
web-app.design is operated by DIGITAL TRAFIC ANT SRL, a company registered in Romania under CUI 49017269, Trade Registry No. J01/1095/2023, with its registered office at Str. Decebal 5A, Cod 510093, Alba Iulia, Alba County, Romania. We provide web design and development services to clients internationally, including businesses in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area.
2. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using web-app.design, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
3. Services
We build custom websites, web applications, and related digital products. All project deliverables, timelines, pricing, and payment terms are defined in individual Client Service Agreements signed before work begins. The scope on this website is informational only and does not constitute a binding offer.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless a signed client contract states otherwise: all code, templates, tools, and proprietary systems developed by DIGITAL TRAFIC ANT SRL remain our property. Client-provided content (logos, text, images) remains the client's property. Upon full payment, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered website for their business.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms are specified in each Client Service Agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in the client contract. We invoice in EUR or USD depending on the client's location.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DIGITAL TRAFIC ANT SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, demo websites, or any tools provided through this platform.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the competent courts of Alba Iulia, Alba County, Romania. For U.S.-based clients, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before any formal legal proceedings.
